With a variety of flexible plans and payment options, MPACT gives all Mississippians a smarter, more affordable way to save for college. MPACT is even a great investment if your child attends an out-of-state or private college, as benefits will be paid at a rate equivalent to the average tuition at Mississippi public colleges at that time.

Time won’t stand still, but with MPACT the cost of college tuition will. The enrollment period for MPACT is September 1 through December 31, 2010.
