College Savings Mississippi has a pair of affordable solutions that help make college possible for all of the children in our state.  We believe in the importance of a college education for every Mississippi child.

MPACT is our guaranteed prepaid tuition plan that lets you lock in the cost of tuition at today’s rates.  So, the earlier you enroll, the greater the cost savings.  We also offer an additional way to save through our companion plan MACS.  Whether you opt for one or both of these plans, the key is to start saving now.

There is an annual enrollment period for MPACT. This year’s enrollment period is September 1 through December 31, each year.  Newborns may be enrolled at any time.  You can enroll in MACS at any time.
