If a user does not “Like” our Facebook Page, an opportunity to “Like” the fan page is presented so that users may fully interact with our application page housing the promotion entry form. Access to user identification data is necessary to administer this promotion. We always present a request to users asking for extended permissions to be granted to our application page to access this data. Sweepstakes Winner will be chosen at random from all qualified participants on December 18, 2010. Pursuant to Facebook Promotion Policies, Winner will be notified using the email address supplied to the application page for this promotion and, additionally, announced separately on our blog.

If at any time it is determined that the award of the contract or the designation of the beneficiary violates Mississippi law or the Facebook Promotional Guidelines, the award may be rescinded.
